Mastopexy / Augmentation

After pregnancy, nursing, weight gain or loss, or simply with aging and gravity, breasts may sag and lose firmness and volume. The nipple and areolar complex may droop and be positioned too low on the chest, and skin may lose elasticity. Women with small breasts or loss of volume and poor breast shape may require both breast augmentation with implants and reshaping of the breast with mastopexy to achieve an optimal result. Mastopexy-augmentation can be done as two separate procedures several months apart, or at a single surgical session. The decision to perform this as a single or staged procedure is made with Dr. Lu after a physical examination and discussion of your goals. Image Gallery
